SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING — WORLDWIDE

HairStar Wigs offers FREE Standard Shipping on all orders — domestic and international.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME

Domestic (United States):

  • Order Processing: 3-5 business days
  • Shipping Time: 3-5 business days
  • Total Delivery Time: 6-10 business days from order placement

International:

  • Order Processing: 3-5 business days
  • Shipping Time: 7-21 business days depending on destination
  • Total Delivery Time: 10-26 business days from order placement

All orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and accessible for delivery. We recommend providing a secure location or signing up for carrier notifications.

Delivery occurs on business days (Monday - Friday). Please plan accordingly for time-sensitive events such as weddings, photoshoots, or special occasions.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

HairStar Wigs ships FREE to the following international destinations: Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Barbados, Bahamas, Trinidad & Tobago, Netherlands, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Belgium, Austria, France, Switzerland, Singapore, and UAE.

⚠️ Important Notice for Barbados, Bahamas & Trinidad & Tobago:

While shipping is free, orders shipped to these destinations may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. These charges are assessed by your local customs authority and are entirely the responsibility of the customer — HairStar Wigs does not collect, control, or predict these fees.

Estimated duty rates for these destinations can range from 20% to 45% of the order value. We strongly encourage you to check with your local customs office before placing your order.

By completing your purchase to one of these destinations, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Import duties and taxes may be due upon delivery
  • HairStar Wigs is not responsible for any customs fees
  • Refused deliveries or unclaimed packages due to unpaid duties are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs for refused packages are the customer's responsibility

DELAYS & EXCEPTIONS

While we strive for timely delivery, please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Inclement weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier delays beyond our control
  • Holidays and peak shipping seasons
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

HairStar Wigs is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact your courier directly using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Stolen Packages: If a package is stolen, a police report will need to be provided.

HairStar Wigs offers optional shipping protection at checkout to cover lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We strongly recommend adding protection for all international orders.
